How These Terms Apply Where Local Law Permits

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

ACCOUNT HELP

Reaching Us About a Term You Disagree With

Rules only work when you can question them. If a clause here is unclear, or you think we applied it wrongly to your account, write to us and quote the section heading. Our team answers from 9am to 1am Pakistan time, every day. Most questions are settled in one reply; payment disputes take longer because we check the JazzCash or Raast reference first.

Team online

Live chat

Chat runs daily from 9am to 1am Pakistan time and is the quickest route for a contract question. An agent reads the clause with you and confirms the outcome in writing.

Email

Send your account number and the heading of the section you are asking about. We reply within one working day, and payment disputes are answered once the Raast or Easypaisa reference is matched.

WhatsApp

Our WhatsApp line suits quick clarifications about account access or device rules. Send a screenshot of the screen you are stuck on and an agent walks you through the relevant clause.

ACROSS OUR PAGES

How This Page Sits Beside Our Other Policies

One topic, one page. This document covers the contract you accept when you open an account: eligibility, account conduct, payments, liability and how disputes are raised. Privacy sits on its own page...

01

Privacy notice

That page governs what we collect, how long we hold it and how you ask for a copy or deletion. It sits alongside these terms and never widens our right to share your data.

02

Game rules

Individual game rules deal with how a result settles, what happens during a feed interruption and which outcomes void. These terms cover the account; game rules cover the round.

03

Sportsbook settlement

Settlement wording handles postponed fixtures, abandoned matches and price changes after you place a bet. Where it clashes with a general clause, the settlement clause wins for that market.

04

Cashier wording

Cashier wording explains timing for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transfers, the checks we run before a withdrawal leaves and the reference format you should quote back to us.

05

Account closure

The closure page sets out how you shut an account, what happens to a balance still inside it and how long we keep records. These terms supply the reasons we may close in return.

06

Device and access

Device wording covers supported browsers, app versions and sharing a login. It sits beside the access clauses here, which explain what happens if your credentials are used by someone else.

07

Complaints and escalation

The escalation page lists internal steps and the external forum open to consumers in Pakistan. Our disputes clause here describes the window in which you must raise a claim.

Questions We Get About the Account Terms

Yes. Ticking the box at registration confirms you have read them, and every later login renews that agreement. If any clause changes, we tell you in-app before the new version takes effect.

Where local law permits, disputes are handled under the rules that apply in Pakistan and through the escalation steps on our complaints page. Nothing here removes a right your own law gives you.

We may suspend or close an account where a term is broken, such as a duplicate registration or a reversed payment. Any balance that is yours is returned to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast details once checks finish.

Give us the reference from your JazzCash or Raast receipt and we trace it the same day. If your bank has reversed a transfer, the matched amount is taken back from the account balance before further play.

Transaction and account records are held for the period Pakistani rules require, then deleted. You can ask for a copy of what we hold at any point while the account is open or after it closes.

Yes, and the window matters. Raise a payment query within thirty days of the transaction date and a game or bet query within fourteen days of the round settling, or we may not be able to reopen it.
